We had a great training session on July 25th, 2025 with our software engineering team focused on improving our project management and delivery practices.

This was part of a larger PMO transformation initiative to bring more consistency, better timelines, and higher quality to how we deliver software.

We revisited our current practices and looked at ways to improve them from a delivery maturity perspective. The session covered Agile principles, built-in quality, and practical steps the team can start applying right away.

The team was engaged throughout and is looking forward to implementing these learnings in upcoming projects. More such sessions to come!
